The City of Moorpark supports the film production industry and encourages the industry to discover  Moorpark's unique filming sites! Please contact our dedicated Assistant Planner, Sara Durghalli, at 805-517-6258 or email SDurghalli@MoorparkCA.gov, for any questions relating to film permit applications. Completed film permit applications must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to filming on public property and/or city right-of-away and two (2) weeks prior to filming on private property, and must be submitted in person.
